One day a teacher walked into class and went to the blackboard. All the students watched in silence. The teacher found a piece of chalk and began to write the multiplication table for 9 on the blackboard, like this:

The students began to laugh. And the teacher noticed. Turning around he asked them: 'what are you laughing at?'
