5 healthy eating tips
1. Cut out fat from meat.
2. Eat smaller portion.
3.drink low fat milk that high in calcium.
4.Do not skip meals, especially breakfast
5. Eat most grain and cereal

To be physically and mentally healthy
we need to eat food that contains the
right amount of nutrient.

Body balance
energy balance is about how much energy we
put in our bodies compare to how much energy
we use.
to keep to same weight, we should eat the
same amount of energy that we use when we
exercise and live. if a person consumes more
energy than they use, the left over energy is
stored as fat. on the other hand, if a person
uses more energy then they consume,the extra
fat in their body is burned.

Calorie intake
The amount of calories a person should
consume is different for every person.
some things that effect a person calorie
intake include a person's :
- age
- weight and height
- lifestyle
-medication

Calorie intake for men and women


How much exercise should be done ?
The more you eat the more you have to
exercise. For example if you ate 3000
kilojoules of energy you would need to do
exercise enough to burn it off.

Meal plan for breakfast
healthy- pancakes with syrup with frozen
blueberries
Calories : 205
Nutrients: fat, carbohydrate and protein,
minerals,vitamin.
unhealthy : pancakes with butter syrup with
fresh blueberries
Calories : 520
Nutrients: glucose,fat, protein
carbohydrate,minerals,vitamin.
