Hard things are put in our way, not to stop us, but to call out our courage and strength.

Once upon a time, there was a young girl named Maryam. She had everything a girl could dream of, loving parents, amazing friends and a bright future ahead of her. She loved to play basketball, and was always active and full of life.

However, everything changed in the blink of an eye when Maryam was involved in a tragic accident. She was hit by a car while crossing the street and was rushed to the hospital. When she woke up, she found out that she had lost both her legs and would never be able to walk again!!

Maryam's life changed dramatically after the accident. She felt like she had lost everything. Her friends stopped visiting her and she was forced to stay at home most of the time. She became depressed and felt like her life was over .She thought that she would never be able to play sports or enjoy the activities she once loved.

One day, Maryam went to the hospital for her follow-up appointment after the car accident . Sitting in the waiting room ,she was silently weeping. Then, she saw a young man entered the room with a bright smile . He was Ghanim Almuftah .Ghanim Almuftah , is a Qatari boy who had overcome his disability and was living a successful and happy life.

Ghanim had a rare disability, which had impaired the development of his lower spine. Ghanim noticed Maryam's tears and sat down next to her.
Ghanim: ''Hey there, are you okay?''
Maryam: I lost my legs in a car accident, and it's been hard to adjust. I used to love playing basketball, but now I don't know what to do with myself.
Ghanim: I know how you feel. I was born with a rare disability and the doctors said I wouldn't survive, but look at me now. I climb mountains and play soccer.
Maryam: That's amazing. How did you do it?
This verse of Quran was always inspiring me to keep faith in Allah during challenging times . I never gave up. I found new ways to do things and I never let my disability defeat me. You can do the same. You're strong and you have so much potential.
Maryam: Thank you. Your story is inspiring.

Ghanim's story inspired Maryam not to give up. She started practicing with prosthetic legs. She started to play basketball again with a group of disabled athletes.
Maryam's friends and family were amazed by her determination and strength.

They supported her every step of the way.
Years went by and Maryam never forgot the impact that Ghanim's story had on her life. She went on to become a successful basketball player, and even started her own business. She never let her disability stop her from achieving her dreams and her story became an inspiration to many others who faced similar challenges.

I don't have a disability, I have a gift!!
