There once was a dancer named Hanna,

Who liked to eat lots of bananas.

But her fondness for sweetness

and great pointed-feetness 

came from her home: Indiana 

That's where is all started, 

but was soon after transferred

to the great state of Michigan 

All of her prayers were answered. 

This is the place 

that Hanna calls home. 

Where she is free to dance 

and free to roam. 

She can play with the dogs and the cats 

and her sibs. 

Most important of all,

it's where Hanna's Mom lives. 

Her Mom's name is Sue, which is 

partially true, 

because to Hanna she will always be 

Mom. 

She wears lots of hats, but as a matter 

of fact, 

She's all around really the bomb. 

Mom was her hero in more ways than 

one. 

Helping her get all of her schoolwork 

done. 

Through many late nights that turned 

into days. 

They proofread and spell-checked and 

made PB&J's.
