We going to take a trip to all of the 7 continents. We will be able to learn what is on those continents and fun facts that we can share with friends.

Our first continent is North America. Can you find the continent?


North America is where we live! We live in the United States which is part of North America. The other two major countries in North America are Canada and Mexico.
North America has multiple different climates based on where you are. There are dry climates like in Mexico and there are subarctic climates like in Greenland and Canada.




The next continent is South America. Can you find South America?


South America is home to 12 countries and home to 433 million people. Brazil is the biggest country in South America.
The second longest river is in South America. This river is called the Amazon River. South America is home to some cool animals. These animals include anaconda snakes and jaguars. These animals are in the rainforests of South America.



We are going to the next continent. What ocean will we have to go over first?



Europe has the biggest population density. Meaning that they have the biggest amount of people per square mile. People also love to travel to Europe. Five out of the top ten tourist destinations in the world are located in Europe.
We crossed the Atlantic Ocean! We are now in Europe. Europe is considered the richest and wealthiest continent. There are 50 different countries in Europe. People also speak many languages in Europe. These languages are characterized as love languages.


We have made it to the biggest continent. Do you know which one it is?



The highest mountain in the world is Mount Everest which is located in Asia. There are many diverse climates in Asia. From a range of sub-tropical and arctic climates. There is also a range of animals, there are monkeys, tigers, Asian elephants, and many other animals.
Asia!!! Asia is the biggest continent in the world. Asia has a population of 4.6 billion. There are 2,300 languages spoken in Asia.



Before we make it to Australia, we do have to cross an ocean. Can you tell me what ocean this is?
The Pacific! Phew! That long swim. But we have made it to Australia! Do you know what it is like in Australia?



Australia is the smallest continent in the world. Australia has multiple different islands included New Zealand. This is what we call Oceania.
Australia is also known to have many different types of animals that are unique to Australia, like Marsupials. These are mammals that carry their babies in their pouch. Among them are kangaroos, koalas, possums, and wombats.
