Mom, Dad, and my grandparents for encouraging me to write the book.

On a breezy day in Fremont, California, a girl named Mia was walking back from high school when a sudden thirst for an M-shakes-smile drink struck her. (Mia loved milkshakes at M-shakes-smile.) Her favorite flavor was “Cocoa-nut”.
Sadly, M-shakes-smile had closed its doors forever. Mia returned home disheartened because M-shakes-smile was her favourite place and their milkshakes tasted like heaven.

When Mia reached home, she went to her room to do her homework, Reya, Mia’s mom, entered the room and told “It’s time to think about you starting a job this summer. Mia paused her homework for a second and looked her. Mia gave a small grin, Mom was a bit concerned as a grin from Mia usually meant she is up to something.

Mia started to think on what she wants to work, she was in her room thinking and thinking and then Mia came up with an idea of being a milkshake women and after all M-shakes-smile was closed. As also that was first thought after her mom asked.

Then Mia went to the kitchen to make her own milkshakes, and she went to get sugar, milk, ice cream, chocolate syrup and some bananas to try out her cooking skills and mixed into the blender.
“Dadada-diiiiiing” Mia's phone began to ring, Mia went upstairs, Mia’s friends Emma and Lea had called to inquire on where they could get good milkshakes. Mia sadly told them about M-shakes-smile.

Meanwhile, Mia’s mom was downstairs in the kitchen trying to find what smelled so good, and she found out that there was a milkshake and she took a small sip and it tasted so good that she drank the whole glass !
Just then, Mia came downstairs while having a conversation on the phone and realized that her mom drank the whole glass before she could try!

Reya had just finished the last sip and confessed, “Sorry, I had to have it because it was so delicious, I couldn’t resist.”. Mia put the phone to her ear and told her friends that “I think I now know where the best milkshake is”.
Once Mia’s friends came home, Mia whipped the milkshake again and shared with her friends and family. Everyone loved it, and Mia’s friends said “Your milkshakes are so good that you should share it with everyone” Mia agreed and Mia's mom said “it’s summer break in few days, so it is perfect to start this job”

Emma and Mia are good friends from 6th grade. Emma and Mia love to code together. Emma really likes helping everyone.
Mia reached out to Emma for input on the milkshake stand. Emma mentioned that her uncle, Mr. Lin-Lee, owned a truck and proposed that he could lend it to Mia. Mia replied, “That's great, but just so you know, I've known how to drive since last year.”.
Emma called her uncle Mr. Lin-Lee to see if Mia can borrow the truck and Mr. Lin-lee graciously agreed to drop-off his spare truck at Mia’s place.
Mia and Emma visited Lea's house to design their new truck. Lea, one of Mia’s close friend, enjoys art and helps with decorations. The trio had fun sketching and brainstorming names for the menu, such as “Strawberry Swirl” and “Lookie at That Cookie.”. They also made the milkshake look attractive with varieties of toppings, and as a food art.
