Hey kids, my name is Phillip. I'm 7 years old. My name is Sally. I'm 4 years old. We are the friendliest, brother and sister. As we begin this story with the most entertaining journey, you'll understand the meaning of our alphabet letters. It's a perfect opportunity for everyone in God's delightful world to enjoy this educational moment. To all our kid readers and friends, get ready to rock and roll with bunches of facts you'll be excited to know. Turn to page two, as we begin our definitions of fruits and vegetables.

Apples. Hip-hip hooray. Each time you eat one, your body will be filled with fiber and Vitamin C.
From A to Z, it's so important to eat everything healthy.

Bananas are an important source of Fiber, Potassium, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin C.
Here's an interesting challenge. How many bundles of bananas can you clearly see?

Carrots are tasty snacks. These vegetables contain Vitamin A which is helpful for our skin. How many of you enjoy eating carrots? Raise both hands if you do.

Dates contain Vitamins A, B, and C. Sally and I, decided this would be a challenging experience while drawing a picture of this sweetened fruit, which has a caramel-like taste when they ripen. Whatever you design will be a perfect example. Always be proud of your creative talent. Before we forget, Sally and I learned something so awesome today. What does this fruit mean in the Bible? Here's the answer. The date is a symbol of peace, honesty, victory, triumph, and righteousness. This is totally sweet.

Eggplant, what a silly name for a vegetable.
Sounds kind of yucky. If we ask the adults, they will tell us that it's scrumdiddlyumptious, which means very delicious. Eggplant contains Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and Vitamin K.

Figs are one of the oldest fruits, over 11,000 years ago, with a worldwide source of healthy vitamins and something called minerals.
Fresh figs have a sweet, honey taste.
Here's a fun joke. "Knock, knock. Who's there?
Figs. Figs who? Figs the doorbell. I've been knocking forever."

Grapes have a high concentration of vitamin K and Copper minerals. To all our kid readers, remember how important these vitamins are.

Honeydew melon provides fiber,
Vitamin C, and Potassium, which is an excellent source for the heart.

Iceberg lettuce. This contains a pile of vitamins beginning with A, C, and K. It also provides calcium, potassium, and folate.
This is where you can do a google search or ask for helpful definitions from your family and friends, or your knowledgeable teachers at school. When you wake up each morning, remember to swallow that daily vitamin.
Seven days a week, enjoy this healthy veggie.

Jalapeno. This vegetable is a medium-sized Chili pepper, which is rich in Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K. Each Sunday our mommy makes a huge potful of Chili with garlic bread. This is an eventful day after Church. Our best friend Parker is the nicest companion. He greets us at our front door, while anxiously turning around in hundreds of circles. Then he gets tired and sleeps all day, while keeping us awake most nights. If y'all feel sad and lonely, be sure to ask God for a comforting bird. Even in our dreams, we can always be happy. Here he is,
Mr. delightfully handsome, with 5 of his dearest friends.

Kiwi. This fuzzy fruit is a popular snack which is packed with antioxidants and huge amounts of Vitamin C and E.
This antioxidant is a huge word. Be sure to grab any adult to help with this definition. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight. What do we appreciate?

Lemons. There are numerous ways to enjoy this sour tasting fruit. We can make a pitcher of lemonade or cut them in half and dip them in sugar which makes them deliciously sweet. They are loaded with Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C.

Mushrooms. These vegetables contain protein, and minerals, with Vitamins C and D.
Counting is so much fun when we enjoy this together.

Nectarines contain copper, and potassium, with Vitamins B3 and C. We have a list of humans who enjoy these lip-smacking fruits.
Our mommies and daddies, our grandparents, and cousins, sisters and brothers, aunts and uncles, our forever friends, and all the amazing teachers. Y'all know where we're going with this. The greatest minds always think alike.

Oranges. As a growing young boy, I can easily eat a huge pile of these. I like to decorate them with cool whip, which makes them the tastiest fruit. Oranges are loaded with vitamin C.
Orange juice is a happy treat also.

Peas. This vegetable provides an excellent source of Vitamins B and C. So deliciously tiny and yummy.
Here's 2 jokes for all our young friends.
"Knock, knock! Who's there? Peas. Peas who?
Peas open the door and let me in."
"What do vegetables wish for, more than anything else in the entire world? Peas (peace) on Earth!"

The letter Q-----Sally and I decided this was a bit difficult for us, so we chose to ask for your helpful advice.
