Nucleic Acids are the main information carrying molecules of cells. The 2 main classes of nucleic acids are DNA and RNA.




Proteins give you energy that lasts for a long time. Some examples of food that have protein are eggs, meat, and nuts.



Carbohydrates are food that have lots of sugars, starch or similar things that are broken down to give you energy for a short time.



Polymers are materials made of long, repeating chains of molecules. Some polymers can stretch, and some are tough. Some examples are rubber and glass
Enzymes are a special kind of protein found in cells. They can either cause or speed up chemical reactions that take place in living things.
