First, I am going to tell you Lahmacun.
Here, the ingredients:
For the mixture:
*an onion
*a greeen pepper
*a red pepper
*two tomatos
*two cloves of garlic
*a tablespoon of tomato paste
*a bunch of parsley
*half kilo of mince
*two teaspoons of:red powdered pepper,chili pepper ,salt
*a teaspoon of :black pepper and cumin
For the dough:
*four glasses of flour
*two teaspoons of salt
*a teaspoon of sugar
*two glasses of water
How to make Lahmacun?
First,dice the peppers and onion and put them in to the chopper,turn on it.Second add tomatos,garlics,tomato paste and parsley -that you diced-on it and turn on it again.Then put the mixture in a bowl and add the mince,spices and salt,knead the mixture,put it into the fridge.While it's resting,mix the ingredients of the dough and put it into the fridge too. Next,


divide the dough into twelve pieces,roll out them,spread the mixture on these doughs and put them into the pan one by one.After that bake them into the oven.Finally serve it with lemon.Bon appetit!






The Ingredients of Sütlaç:
*a liter of milk
*two teacups of rice
*a liter of water
*three tablespoons of rice flour
*1,5-2 glasses of sugar
*a glass of milk
*a bunch of cinnamon
How to make Sütlaç?
First,wash the rices and boil them with water-until they'll be bigger.Second,pour the milk into the pot,stir it and wait until it'll boil.While it's boiling,mix rice flour and a glass of milk

in a bowl.Take some tablespoons of boiling mixture and pour it into the bowl.Then,pour the mixture into the pot and boil it for ten minutes.Next, add sugar and stir it for a short time.After that,share it to bowls.You can serve it with cinnamon on it.

Yaprak Sarması(Rolling Leaves)
Ingredients:
*two glasses of rice *half teacup of pomegranate syrup
*half kilo of pickled grape leaves *water
*two onions
*a head of garlic
*a bunch of dried mint
*a bunch of parsley
*two teaspoons of black pepper
*salt
*olive oil
*a tablespoon of tomato paste
*half tablespoon of pepper paste








How to make Yaprak Sarması:
First,put the leaves into the hot water and wait for about 15-20 minutes.While they're resting chop the onions,garlics,parsley and mint;wash the rice;put all these ingredients and spices,salt,tomato and pepper pastes and oil in a bowl.Second, mix these ingredients.Then, spread the leaves and put some mixture in it,wrap and roll the leaves tightly.Next,put the rolled leaves in a pot and pour some water into the pot until it covers the meal.After that, put a plate on it;mix a glass of water,two teaspoons of mint,a teaspoon of salt and some pomegranate syrup in a bowl,pour this mixture over the rolled leaves. Cook it until it'll boil;when it boils cook it on low heat.Finally, you can serve it with yogurt.

Biber Dolması:
Dear reader;
If you want to make "Biber Dolması" you only need some peppers-as many as you want- and the mixture of "Rolled Leaves".First, wash the peppers and cut their tops.Second, fill the peppers with the mixture.Use their tops to cover them.You can also use pickled grape leaves as a cover.Put these peppers into the pot.Next,put a plate on these peppers and pour some water on it until it covers the meal.Cook it until it'll boil,when it boils serve it with yogurt.

The Ingredients Of Güllaç:
*twelve leaves of Güllaç
*1,5 liter of milk
*two glasses of sugar
*powdered walnuts
*two tablespoons of rose-water
For The Top:
*powdered pistachios
*strawberries
How To Make Güllaç?
First,pour the milk in a pot with sugar just to melt the sugar.When you melt the sugar with milk, let it rest until it get cooler-but still a bit warm .If milk is too hot while pouring it, Güllaç will turn into a dough. Second, put the shiny side of a Güllaç leaf into a deep glass tray.Pour two
GÜLLAÇ
scoops of milk on it until it gets wet,do this for each six leaves.When you do this,sprinkle powdered walnuts on it,then put a leaf again and pour some milk like the other step and do this for each six leaves too.Next,pour the rose-water into the mixture(milk with sugar )and pour this over the dessert.Put it into the fridge and let it rest for about two hours.You can serve it with powdered pistachios and strawberry or whatever you want.

Warning:Don't use cosmetic rose-water for this recipe!




Ingredients of Menemen:
*two tablespoons of olive oil
*two tablespoons of butter
*three tomatos
*three green peppers
*three eggs
*a teaspoon of salt
*half teaspoon of black pepper
*half teaspoon of chili pepper
"You can sprinkle parsley on it while serving."
How To Make Menemen;
First,pour the olive oil into the pan and put the butter on tap and melt. Second,chop the peppers and add it into the pan.Add 3
grated tomatoes over the peppers that roasted in oil.
