PROJECT INTRODUCTION

    Music is food for the soul. Through music, we enrich our view of life by learning about different cultures. We can learn new places, new words and different lives through folk songs.

    In this project, we will learn folk songs from different regions. We will investigate the life of the singer, the story of the folk song, the historical, touristic and cultural elements of the region where the folk song is sung.

    OBJECTIVES

    - Development of language skills

    - Digital competence (use of Web2 tools)

    - Creating students' cultural awareness

    - Ensure cooperation between students and teachers

    - Expressing feelings and thoughts

    - Performing figures in accordance with the rhythm they hear

    - Recognizing the cultural elements of the regions

    - Thanks to music, children's well-being at school is targeted.

    EXPECTED RESULTS

    - Students will be able to use different Web2 tools.

    - Students will be able to communicate with friends and teachers from different regions.

    - Students will learn the food, clothing and music cultures of different regions.

    - Students will learn folk dances of different regions.

    - Students will learn new words from different regions.

    - Students will learn information about folk songs and the person who sings them.

    -Thanks to music, students will exhibit exemplary behavior at school and their well-being will increase.
