One thing that helps is taking deep breaths. It's like filling up a balloon and then slowly letting the air out. It makes me feel relaxed.
Stretching is another cool thing! It's like reaching for the sky. It helps my body feel good and less wiggly.
Listening to calming music is super fun! It helps me focus and relax when I have lots of energy.
