If you could travel back through Geological time would you?
I came into science class today, I look at the board and see that. I'm intrigued, but I laugh to myself knowing, that's not possible. What even is geological time, sounds like a long time ago. If we really could time travel imagine how much cooler it would be to learn about this kind of stuff. Mr.Rex comes in and says, "Well, would you?" Everybody just kind of looks around at each other, nobody really saying anything.

"Guess what class? We got a really cool opportunity, through NASA, to go back through all 4 eras of Geological time.
PreCambrian, Palaeozoic, Mesozoic, and Cenozoic. This may sound like gibberish right now, but just wait till our journey begins!"
He can't be serious right? I bet it's some kind of movie or something we are going to watch. NASA picked us for this? I shake my head as i'm thinking yeah right. Mr.Rex tells us to quickly get ready to head outside to get on the bus to get to NASA. We really are going somewhere. This could be interesting.

"Hey there, I'm Mr.Fossil, I work with NASA. I'll be conducting your time travel today. We are going to head straight to headquarters, and from there we will start our journey. "
Mr.Fossil is telling us we are really going on a time travel. This all sounds crazy to me. He tells us we are going to see the Earth form, early life, even dinosaurs. I don't know how much of this I believe, but I guess we will see.

"Quickly everyone take a seat, put the lap bar on, remain calm. We are about to begin our journey into The Land before Your time! Our first Era is: PreCambrian. Enjoy"
WHOA WHAT'S THAT?
Oh man it's dark!
I'm not sure how I feel about thissssss!!!!!!!

"Welcome to the PreCambrian Era! This is a supereon, it spans multiple eons. The Hadean, The Archean, and the Proterozic. You are now back in time, 4.6 billion years! This peroid is the beginning of Earth, and other planets! For billions of years there will be no life on our planet. It is not until the end of PreCambrian time that single cell organisms come into existence. No one is certain on how life on Earth began. During this time continents form, soft bodied creatures like worms, and jellyfish lived in oceans, but the land was still bare. During this Era, the Hadean Eon, was when formation of first rocks began. During this Eon, massive volcanic activity, and frequent collisons with asteroids, lead to rapid changes of planets surface.
I feel like i'm dreaming! This is real, we are back in time! How did they do this? Whoa, there went a asteroid! This is long before there was life on Earth. This is even before dinosaurs! I wonder if my mom knows where I am.
