The two-spot octopus can be found in rocky reefs and canyon ledges. An additional habitat can be a small cave or hole where it can make a den. It is also known to inhabit abandoned pipes.

Food
Two -spot octopus eat mollusks, crustaceans, and occasionally fish.

Adaptations
Their blue spots seemingly look like an eye and scare away their predators. The two spots are very large which make the predators think they are larger than they really are.
