Did you know that many creatures build their own underwater homes? Coral reefs are huge cities where fish live in colorful corals. Sea anemones provide shelter for clownfish, and crabs mostly hangout on the ocean floor.

Did you know.... whales are the largest animals on Earth? Some whales, like the blue whale, can grow to be as long as a school bus! These giant animals swim through the ocean using their powerful tails to propel themselves forward.

Rivers flow through land, carrying water from mountains to the sea. Many animals call rivers their home. Here you'll find many beavers building dams, swans gliding on the water, and otters hunting for fish!

Did you know... rivers can be home to some of the world's oldest creatures? Some species of freshwater turtles, such as the North American snapping turtle can live for over 100 years! These turtles have been swimming in rivers for generations, watching the changing landscape around them.
