A group of lions is called a pride.

Lions prefer to sleep in tall grass or in a nice tree. 

When pregnant the female will find a nearby cave and stay there for the rest of her pregnancy.

Lions are hunters, so that means that their only source of food comes from hunting prey.

So watch out little elephant!

Lions hunt in big groups, this helps them take down larger prey such as smaller elephants and buffalo.

Contrary to popular belief female lions typically do all of the hunting as well as all of the fighting.

Look how adorable this little thing is, but dont let his looks fool you in three short years this little baby cub will be a full grown lion.
