Once upon a time, there lived a boy named Reginald. In Reginald's home town Ordinaria, it is a tradition that every boy who turns 13, must take a journey to the far away kingdom, Awesomazia, to see if they are considered the next best candadite to become king. You can bring along one friend, so he chooses his best friend Asirra. Together, they will travel the land to get to Awesomazia, and meet the king! They leave in exactly 2 days.
Two days later, the friends pack their things and begin to head out on their journey. Before they could leave, a dog stops them and hands them a map. Reginald and Arissa both notice that it's a map straight to the kingdom! They thank the dog and start talking about if they think Reginald is fit to be king. He believes that he is 100% the best option. Arissa, tells him otherwise, pointing out his qualities that aren't so king like. After this talk, they finally leave Ordinaria.

Thank you dog!

Hello there, are we allowed to pass through?
NO! YOU MAY NOT PASS! YOU MUST TAKE MY TEST. I AM THE BOULDER
Ok
Following the map, it led them to a village near the plains. They come across a man who seems to not like the two friends. They ask kindly if they can pass and the man says no. He tells them that they must pass a test to prove themselves worthy to continue on the path they are on now. Neither of them liked the idea, but they ended up agreeing to take the test. In their minds, getting to Awesomazia was the priority.

The Boulder suggests becoming one with the water, just go with the flow.
The test had begun! Rock walls formed on all sides of the two friends and everytime they tried to escape the rocks, they would move. This made it seem impossible for anyone to ever get out. Reginald was about to give up, but The Boulder decides to give them a hint. He mentions being like water, and going with the flow. Arissa listens and tells Reginald to not overthink stepping over the rocks. Shortly after applying The Boulder's advice, the two friends escape.

Reginald, what do you feel you have learned from this experience?
I remember reading about something similar, the concept of Wu Wei from Taoism.
The rest of the villagers invite Arissa and Reginald to stay the night, they agree. They were able to stock up on food and supplies that ensured they were on time/ on track with getting to Awesomazia. Arissa asked what Reginald learned and he tells her that he read something similar to that in history. It's the concept of Wu Wei, from Taoism. When faced with an obstacle, complete it effortlessly as you become one with the water. (Stefon). Reginald was happy he learned this.

We should help them out, they need a rope to fix their bridge.
Following the map, it brings the two to yet another village. Luckily for the two, there was no test to prove their worth to the people, and they could pass right through. However, something wasn't right. Arissa noticed that the people here needed a piece of rope to repair the bridge that connects their village to their farms. She tells Reginald that they should help them out, even if it feels like its a waste of time, it's the right thing to do.
Arissa remembers that The Boulder had given the two a rope. She already convinced Reginald that they wouldnt need it, and even if they did, these people need it more. She walks over to the man and tells him that they have a rope to help fix their bridge. The man is very grateful and ended up bringing the two to help the village rebuild the bridge. After that, he wished them safe travels, then Reginald and Arissa left the village to continue on.

Hello there, we think we might be able to help you because we have a rope.

These really are some interesting ways of living
Arissa saw another moment to have Reginald reflect on what they had just done. He tells her that he remembers reading about this in school too, but never thought he would actually learn how to. It aligns with the 3rd pillar in the Islamic religion. When you are wealthy enough to give to those in need, you shoould, for it is social responsibility on keeping communities together. (Zakat). Yet again Reginald is happy that he learned another skill.

You will be able to make the jump, you just can't hesitate when doing so.
Continuing to follow the map, they run into another village. This village is home of the Bomans. Although the Bomans don't have an issue with them passing right through, the geography of the land does. Appearing to be a lake, is a large chasm that is blocking the path. The Bomans explain that technically speaking they will be safe if they jump, but only with no hesitation. In other words, it is a massive mind game within the two friends.

Hey Reggie, you remember reading about the limits of the mind right?
Yea I just kind of forgot?
Despite being scared, Reginald jumped. After making it across safely, he came to the realization that the only thing that was stopping him in the first place was his mind. ("The Path of Knowledge"). Arissa told him its kind of like how doing yoga can assist the mind in calming down to overcome all/any obstacles that are in the way. (Burgin). As expected, Reginald tells Arissa that he remembers reading about it, just never applying it.
