İzmir

İzmir is the one of the big cities and third most popular city of Turkey. It is located west part of our country. Its  some parts are surrounded by mountains  and the others by the sea. We live here It's antique name is Smyrna.

Ephesus

 The ancient city of Ephesus has a history of 8000 years. It is located in İzmir. It is Christian pilgrimage destination so most of the christian people come here to visit Mother Maryam Church.

Pamukkale is located in Denizli, Turkey, There are white rocks. I  definitely recommend to see them to you. You should see  Cleopatra pools, Anatolian tombs, nature and parks too. If you go there you should swim in the hot water that comes from underground.

Şanlıurfa

Şanlıurfa is a city that located in the east of Turkey. It has important historical places such as Göbeklitepe and Balıklıgöl. Şanlıurfa famous for its Urfa Kebab. You should try it, it is delicious.

Balıklıgöl, located southwest of Şanlıurfa city center and where it is believed that the Prophet Abraham was thrown into the fire. It is charming for the tourists with their fish, which are mythologically sacred to the Islamic world.

Göbeklitepe is the first settlement center in the world. Göbeklitepe consists of 20 "T" shaped columns built for religious purposes.

 Ankara

Ankara is the capital city of Turkey and the country's second largest city after Istanbul. It is the centre of the Turkish Government, and haouses all foreign ambassies. Some places to visit are: Anıtkabir, Ataturk Fam, Ankara Ethnography Museum, War of Independence Museum. Anıtkabir is located on a hill, in the Anıttepe where the mausoleum  of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stands. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk is the founder of modern Turkish Republic. He is a leader who is respected by everyone, even by his opponent.

Çanakkale

Çanakkale formerly known in English, as Dardanelles. It is  a city and seaport  which has various natural beauties. Çanakkale was the major urban centre of ancient city Troy, the wooden horse from the movie Troy, is exhibited in Çanakkale. Today, people visits Çanakkale to the ruins of Troy, and to the First World War cemetries at Gallipoli. Its famous dish is Srdarya kebap. You should try them.
