Dedicated to: Mao Zedong

In a small village called Shaoshan, in a country called China, lived a young boy named Mao Zedong. He was born in 1893, when China was ruled by Western powers. Mao was a curious and brave boy, who dreamed of changing the fate of his country. He loved to read and learn from books, just like any other curious little boy!

As Mao grew older, he realized that the country was divided into different groups, fighting against each other. He wanted to bring them together to make China strong and proud. So, he joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), a group that believed in equality and fairness for all. Mao became a leader of the CCP, along with some of his friends.

Mao had big dreams for China. He wanted to build a new country, where everyone was equal, had enough food to eat, and lived in peace. To achieve this, he led the Autumn Harvest Uprising, a big fight against the government. With his friends, they fought bravely and made important gains for the people.

But within the CCP, there were different ideas and disagreements. Mao wanted to make China strong quickly, so he led the Jiangxi Soviet, a movement that took over some areas of the country. He also started the Red Army, a group of brave fighters who helped the CCP win battles. Mao was always thinking about how to make China stronger.
After World War II, China was divided again, this time between the communist-led CCP and the nationalist Kuomintang (KMT) led by Chiang Kai Shek. Mao believed in his communist ideas and led the Long March, a long journey through mountains and valleys. With his Red Army, they defeated the KMT and became the rulers of China.
