Once upon a time in a small town called New Albany, there was a school corporation called NAFCS. It was a cozy school corporation with colorful classrooms and friendly teachers, but it faced big challenges.

One day, a wise principal named Mrs. Smith gathered all the teachers and staff in the school gym. "We have some tough challenges ahead and we must be brutally honest," she said. "But remember the quote from Dweck says becoming is better than being. We're always learning and growing!" 

Mrs. Smith introduced a special concept called the Hedgehog Concept. She asked everyone to think about what they were passionate about, what they could be the best at, and what drove their educator engine.  She reminded them of what Lencioni said, "The healthier an organization is, the more of its intelligence it is able to tap into and use."
