DİCLE'S STRAWBERRY JAM
Materials:
2 kilos of strawberries
2 kilos of granulated sugar (8 cups)
juice of half a lemon
*Sugar should be poured over the cleaned strawberry and left for 1 night.
*You should pour the lemon juice into the jam before taking it off the stove.
*You should remove the foam on top of the jam to prevent it from turning sugary as it waits.
*You should not close the lid while making it to prevent the jam from darkening.
*In order for your jam to last for a long time, you should put it hot in jars, close the lids and turn them upside down.





2)Add finely chopped strawberries and chocolate chips and mix.
3)If you like bananas, you can add a small banana, or if your banana is large, half a banana finely chopped, can be added to the dough.
4)It is cooked in a non-stick, slightly hot pan over low heat and served.
5)If you wish, you can serve it with melted chocolate in a double boiler. Bon appetit to those who will try it

Ingredients
Some Chocolate Biscuits
Whipping Cream
2 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 glass of nuts
1 bowl of strawberries
Instructions
1.Spread Cling Film on tray
2.Lay the biscuits on the surface of the tray .
3.Put the rest of the biscuits in the plastic bag and break the
biscuits
with thehelp of a rolling pin.
4.Whip the cream and add the powdered sugar mix well.
5.Add biscuits nuts and strawberries and mix well.
6.Pour the mixture into the tray and wrap with biscuits.
7.Wrap the tray with cling film and put in the freezer for
3-4
hours.
8.Turn the tray upside down upside down on the plate
After that it’s readyto eat .Enjoy.

Ingredients
1kg strawberries
1/2 glass of sugar
Instructions
1. Washed to strawberries
