Once upon a time, in a kingdom far, far away, there lived a brave and kind princess named Isabella. She had long, flowing hair the color of sunshine and eyes as blue as the summer sky. Isabella loved adventure and often explored the forests and hills around the castle.

One day, while wandering through the Whispering Woods, Isabella heard a faint, sorrowful cry.
Following the sound, she came upon a dragon trapped in a deep, dark pit. The dragon had emerald green scales and large, sad eyes that glistened with tears.

"Help me, please," the dragon pleaded. "I have been trapped here for days, and I cannot get out."
Isabella's heart went out to the dragon. She had always believed that dragons were fearsome creatures, but this one seemed gentle and in need of help. Without a second thought, she decided to rescue the dragon.

Isabella hurried back to the castle and gathered a long, sturdy rope. She returned to the pit and tossed one end of the rope down to the dragon. "Grab hold, and I'll pull you up," she called.

The dragon wrapped its tail around the rope, and Isabella began to pull with all her might. It was hard work, but she didn't give up. Slowly but surely, the dragon was lifted out of the pit and set free.
"Oh, thank you, Princess Isabella!" the dragon exclaimed, its eyes now sparkling with gratitude. "You have saved my life. How can I ever repay you?"

Isabella smiled. "You don't need to repay me. I'm just happy that you're safe."
But the dragon insisted. "Please, let me at least take you for a ride. I can fly you to places you've never seen before."

Isabella had always dreamed of flying, so she eagerly accepted the offer. She climbed onto the dragon's back, and with a powerful flap of its wings, they soared into the sky.
They flew over the kingdom, past the mountains, and even over the ocean, where Isabella saw dolphins leaping in the waves.
