In the cozy village of Sunnydale, nestled between rolling hills and a sparkling river, lived a monster named Marvin. Now, Marvin wasn't a scary monster at all. 

   He had bright green fur, big, friendly eyes, and a smile that could light up a room. But Marvin had a secret: he was terribly afraid of the dark.

   Every night, as the sun dipped below the horizon and the sky turned a deep shade of blue, Marvin would start to worry. 

   He would make sure every light in his house was on, and he even kept a little lantern beside his bed. 

   But no matter how hard he tried, the darkness outside still made him shiver with fear.

   One sunny morning, Marvin decided it was time to conquer his fear. He put on his favorite striped scarf, grabbed his backpack, and headed out to visit his friend, Ollie the Owl, who was known for being wise.

   Ollie lived in a cozy treehouse at the edge of the forest. When Marvin arrived, Ollie was perched on a branch, reading a book.

   "Hello, Marvin!" Ollie hooted cheerfully. "What brings you here so early?"

   Marvin took a deep breath. "Ollie, I need your help. I'm scared of the dark, and I don't know what to do."

   Ollie closed his book and fluttered down beside Marvin. "Being afraid of the dark is nothing to be ashamed of," Ollie said kindly. "But I think I have an idea that might help you."

   That evening, as the sun began to set, Ollie and Marvin set off on an adventure. They walked to the top of Sunnydale Hill, where the view of the sky was spectacular. Ollie had brought a telescope and a big, warm blanket.
