Hello, everyone!
My name is Angel, and I’m excited to take you on a journey through some of the most memorable events from my childhood.
I sincerely hope that these stories will touch your hearts and bring a smile to your face.
Are you ready? Let’s begin!

WHEN MY GRANDFATHER KNITTED A VEST
First of all, let me tell you that my grandfather, Micho: he knits the best! He has created something special for everyone at home - Mom, Dad, Grandma, Uncle, my brother, and even all our friends.
Hats, scarves, sweaters, blouses, gloves - you name it!
To be honest, there’s nothing he hasn’t made from wool. He’s a true creator.
But now, let me tell you about a funny incident when
my grandfather Micho knitted a vest.

My home is located by the Dragor River.
Have you heard of this river?
It originates from the slopes of Baba Mountain and flows through our entire city of Bitola, which is in the Republic of North Macedonia.
We live in a house that is neither too big nor too small, but just the right size, with enough space for each member of our family.
We also have a yard with a garden, which is my grandmother Milka’s favorite place. And, of course, we have a cat and a dog who are part of our family.

Now, let me tell you about the incident.
One day, my grandfather sat down to knit a vest for my grandmother, so she wouldn’t get cold because she’s a big fan of winter. He hummed to himself, then called out to my grandmother:
“Milkeeee, sweetie… look at the vest I knitted for you. Come try it on, and you’ll look like a mannequin! If it fits well, I’ll finish it properly.”
She got up, put it on, and she was so happy, but didn’t want to say much. Instead, she said:
“Oh, what’s the big deal? A vest is just a vest, it’s only meant
to keep you warm.”
“Oooh, Milke, ooh!” my grandfather said, shaking his head,
and took the vest back.
