Two Creek Ranch is not near any major cities 

due to the vast amount of land the ranch 

covers. Land rents are too expensive near the 

closest city of Abby Town. 

Two Creek Ranch is 2,500 acres covering most 

of the rural land of Abbgalia. This vast amount 

of land is needed for livestock most popularly 

cattle and sheep farming. 

The large land area is practical for ranching 

however the land is not fertile or capable of 

producing crops therefore livestock ranching is 

practiced. Tractors and four wheelers are 

needed to herd livestock most work is done by 

manual labor. 

Cattle and sheep will be raised on the ranch 

simply being fed and taken care of by the wild 

grasses on the ranch. No crops will be needed 

to keep the ranch in business. My farm is 

organic and expensive to upkeep therefore not 

subsidized by the government. 

The closest city is Abby Town several of our 

farm hands drive trucks pulling large trailers of 

livestock in at the end of each breeding 

season. This is the cheapest most efficient 

method of transport. 

Two Creek Ranches target consumers include 

the nearby locals who are dedicated to staying 

with grass fed beef and serving local farms by 

not purchasing from larger companies. 

Potential problems may arise with lack of 

organic interest from the population of Abby 

Town. Some locals have said organic is too 

expensive therefore we may loose business. 

However to fix this issue Two Creek Ranch will 

focus on efficiency and being thrifty to keep 

prices low. 

Two Creek Ranch is located in the 5th and 

furthest ring from the city on Von Thunen's 

model. Cost of land rent is the primary reason 

for our location relative to Abby Town. 

Abbgalia is a new country trying to build its 

economic foundation. Most of the economy is 

supported by agriculture because our 

landscapes are so vast and beautiful. Our cities 

and towns are supported by many local farms.
