Abbgalia farms is one of the few providers of 

truly organic products in the country. Located 

outside of Savit Mær and Abbalopolis, the farm 

serves an enormous market of Abbgalians who 

desire organic and natural products. It is 

located far enough from the city that there is 

enough space for the farm, but close enough 

that the products can be transported 

efficiently. 

Abbgalia farms is relatively large. At an 

impressive 875 acres, there is enough room 

for a large quantity and variety of animals and 

crops. This also ensures the humane treatment 

of the animals. 

As mentioned before, Abbgalia farms practices 

Integrated crop and livestock farming in order 

to produce high quality products without the 

use of chemical agents, steroids, or artificial 

ingredients in a sustainable way. This type of 

farming is labor intensive because it cannot 

make use of many machines of modern 

farming. Instead, Abbgalia farms only uses 

machinery for transportation and packaging. 

The products produced by Abbgalia farms 

correspond highly to the demands of the two 

cities it serves. These products mainly include 

beef, chicken, corn, and small quantities of 

grain and lamb. Because of the products 

produced and the type of Agriculture practice, 

the farm receives a moderate subsidy from the 

government because of the high demand for 

organic food. 

Care of the products in transport is an 

important priority for the farm. Products going 

to the nearest two cities are transported via 

trucks to the nearest two cities because they 

are relatively close to the farm and are 

otherwise the most practical choice. A small 

portion of the products are sent to Canada, in 

which case they are sent via truck to the coast 

or an airport and shipped or flown to their 

destination. These methods allow the products 

to be transported quickly over long distances.
