Introduction
If you love food like me than this book is for

My favorites foods are tacos, raspberries,
bananas, and lots more! Food is good I like
food! You should eat lots and lots of fruits and
vegetables. You can have junk food but you
have to watch how much you eat.

Chapter 2 What foods are healthy
If you don't know what foods are healthy and what
foods are not healthy. Don't feel bad I will help you.
If you ever heard of a ''fruit'' or a ''vegetable'' that is
very healthy for you. If you ever heard of ''junk
food'' that is not so healthy for you. But if you do eat
junk food that is also good because you need to burn
of the calories if you don't know what a calorie is it is
like the sugar you eat so you need to burn of the
sugar or calories so you don't get sick. You also want
to drink lots of milk and water to make your big and
strong.
