In the dark realm of the 

underworld,

Hades slumped on his throne, 

thinking of a way to please his 

wife. Meanwhile, Derpious sat on 

the front porch of his mansion, 

craving a cup of steaming coffee.

Where is my 

money?

As Derpious went into his house to 

get money to buy some coffee, he 

found that every single coin of his 

money was missing. He looked 

throughout his whole estate until an 

orphan boy told him that Hades had 

taken his fortune.   Derpious was 

furious and was determined to get 

his money back.  

Derpious snatched his sword 

and set off to look for 

Demeter, for he knew she of 

knew the location of Hades' 

realm.   After several days, 

Derpious finally reached his 

destination.  

When Derpious found Hades, he lunged at 

the lord of the dead.   The two clashed for 

hours until Hades finally cornered Derpious 

at the gate of the underworld   kicked him 

out, and knocked him unconscious.   When 

he woke up, Derpious was devastated and 

he knew that he needed more power, so he 

sought power from Zeus, one of his former 

relatives.   Zeus granted his request, only 

because Derpious promised to offer a sum 

of money to him.   After some period of 

training, Derpious set out on his second 

quest to Hades.
