Aardvark a medium size nocturnal mammal that eats ant, termites 

and aardvark cucumber. 

Baboon is a large fierce member of the ape family .They 

are furry and noisy .

Cheetah is a large feline and fastest animal on land .They have 

non-retractable claws so they are unable to climb tall trees.

Dromedary a member of the camel family. You would  

most likely find a Dromedary in a dry desert. 

Elephant is the largest of all living animals on land. Elephant 

central location is the forest .

Flamingo is a large walking bird with long skinny 

legs. Their central location is the forest.

Giraffe is an animal with a very long neck. Giraffe 

lives in an open woodland and savannah.

Hyena is a carnivorous dog-like species. Hyena's 

habit is an open savanna plains and grassland. 

Impala is a medium size antelope that is found primarily 

in thicker bush land. 

Jackal is a medium size member of the dog family. 

Jackal can be found in grassland or dry woodland. 

Kudu has long ears and white stripes on their body. 

Kudu's can be found in a mixed scrub woodland.

Lion is the largest cat on Africa's continent. Lions are 

mostly found in open woodland, scrub and grassland.

Mongoose are attentive little creatures that uses their 

eyes for eventual predators such as birds of prey.

Nyala is a medium sized antelope that prefers to live in 

a deep forest than to live in the African plain. 

Otter's are semi aquatic mammals that feed on fish, 

birds and small mammals. They are also great 

swimmers.

Porcupines are round large slow rodents. Their 

body is covered with large pointy spines. They love 

to lick salt.

Quagga is an extinct subspecies of plain zebra. Their 

front had a zebra-like print and they had a horse-like 

rear.

Rhinoceros are large plant eating mammals.They 

have thick armor-like skin and no knee.

Sand cat is the only cat that lives primarily in the 

desert .
