A is for all the Animals in the world.Each animal has it's home where it is able to live
B is for Burrows. Burrows are hole or tunnels in the ground made by rabbits, foxes, or chipmunks.
For these animals it what they call home.

C is for Coral reefs. They are home to many types of sea animals like
starfish, seahorses and eels.

D is for Desert. A very dry land, with very littlerain. Only a few animals can call the desert home like,
the rattlesnake, coyote, camel and the armadillo.

E is for Estuary. An Estuary is an area where a river meets an ocean. The water is a mix between fresh water and salty
water. The river otter, harbor seals and the hermit crabs are a
few of the animals that live in an estuary.

F is for the Forest. The forest has lots of tall trees throughout it. The forest can be a
hot or cold place. Animals like chimpanzees,
lions and lemurs live in the forest.

G is for Grasslands which many animals call home, such as the zebra, giraffe and elephant.
It rains very little but just enough that it's not a desert.
A place where an animal naturally lives or a plant naturally growsHhH is for Habitat. A habitat is a place where an animals and plants live,
naturally. Different animals need different amount of space to live in.
Habitats can be big like a forest or small like a burrow. Each habitat gives
the animals what they need to live like food, water and shelter.

I is for the Ice habitat, the ice habitat can be found in both the North and South
pole. It is a very cold habitat and only a few animals can live
in this habitat like the penguin, polar bears and arctic fox, among others.

J is for Jungle; home tothe tiger, leopard and anteater.
The jungle is a warm place
with lots of rain fall.
Kk
K is for the Kelp forest. Kelp is a type of grass called seaweed that grows in the shallow parts of the ocean.
Kelp forest is like a forest but underwater.
Starfish, crabs and jellyfish live in this habitat.
L is for Lake. A lake is a large body of fresh water. Animals like the turtle,
duck and frog are just a few animals who call a lake their home.

Mm
M is for the Mountain habitat. The temperature changes around the mountain but at the very top of
the mountain it is very cold. Animals live at the
bottom of the mountain where it is easy to breath,
like the black bear, buffalo and eagle.

N is for National parks. National parks are areas that are protected by the government
but it is open for people to visit.
You can take a walk and see animals in their natural habitat
.
Oo
O is for the ocean. The ocean cover 71%of the Earth's surface. Different oceans connect
together, making the ocean the largest home for sea
animals. Different types of fish live in the ocean, you
can find crabs, dolphins, and green turtle.
P is for Pasture-land. These lands are large area of green grass for animals to eat. Pasture lands are often
own by farmers. Chickens, horses and cows
live in this habitat.Pp
Qq
Q is for Quail. The quail is a bird that lives in the forest. The quail eats small insects
like worms and grasshoppers.
