In this project, the subject of creating less addicted youth will be studied by focusing on sports, healthy life and healthy nutrition. Today, it is obvious that tha age for substance and technology addiction has decreased to the younger ages than teenages. It is a fact that young people are getting lonely because they spend a lot me with computers, televisions and smartphones instead of doing sports or joining in social activities. Not having enough social environment and having difficulties in communication skills cause psychological problems. Especially substance addiction during puberty is caused by feeling lonely, depression and anxiety. From this point of view, in this project, the aim is to make the young people be aware of the importance of sports and a healthy life and to attract more people’s attention via the outcomes of the project.
