There was a peaceful neighborhood in the middle of a busy city, with houses arranged in rows and colorful gardens lovingly maintained by their owners. Among them lived Sarah, a young student who resided there with her family.

Sarah used to spend her time with her mom by caring for their garden, where they grew a variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Even though she used to grow vegetables etc., her life was lacking something: a well-balanced nutrition/ diet.

You see, Sarah loved sweets and ate them way more frequently than she should have. Her meals were mostly made up of processed foods and sugary snacks, and they were frequently lacking in variety. Her parents were concerned about
this, and decided to talk to her
about the same.





Mom: Sweetheart, we wanted to talk to you about something important today. You know, as you're growing, it's crucial to take care of your body and make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need to stay healthy and strong.


Dad: Well darling, me and mom just wanted to remind you about the importance of having a balanced diet.
Sarah: Yes mom and dad, I will take care from now on. I remember my science teacher saying that she will teach us about balanced diet as we have a chapter on it.



Sarah: So, don't worry, thank you for reminding me. It's about time that I change my lifestyle. I'm so excited to go to school tomorrow and learn all about a balanced diet!

Parents: Sweetie, we are so glad that you understand and you're ready to change. Do let us know what all you learn at school!
