Having a healthy lifestyle involves many different parts like: Eating a variety of foods, exercising each day, eating less sugar, drinking lots of water, and getting plenty of sleep!

Today let's take a look at healthy snacks that you can have after school!


Yogurt is an excellent snack because it's a good source of protein and calcium. Calcium is important for kids' developing bones and some yogurt has GOOD bacteria that helps your digestive system.

Nuts are high in healthy fats, along with fiber and antioxidants. This healthy fat I great to support growing kids! Make sure you are careful though, nuts can be a choking hazard.
