This children's book is dedicated to all the ocean animals who have lost their homes and/or shells to ocean acidification. We hope to raise awareness and help to reduce or possibly solve this problem.

Once Upon A Time,

there was a sea turtle named Sarah, and she had many friends. Sharon the Shark, Olivia the Octopus, Francis the Fish, Caroline the Crab, Sally the Seahorse, Harry the Hermit Crab, and Sarah all loved to play tag on the ocean floor and hide and go seek in the open waters.

But one day,

Sarah went to go find her friends to play. She searched in the coral reefs, sunken ships, and anywhere else she thought they could be. After searching all day, Sarah finally found Sharon, Olivia, Francis, and Sally, and together they looked for Harry and Caroline.

Hm, I wonder where they could be

Harry, Caroline,

where are you?

The five friends

continued to search for Harry and Caroline. They thought they had lost hope until one day they saw a crab and a hermit crab laying together at the bottom of the ocean. They all swam to them to see if they were alright.
