This is Norman. He is a basset hound.

He lives with his family. There's Boy, Mom, Dad, Granny, and the cat. His name's Vernon, but Norman calls him Vermin.

Norman loves his family. He does not like their phones!

Norman misses having fun with his family. They'd take Norman for walks. They'd rub him on his belly. They'd watch him chase squirrels.squirrels.

Now all he hears is "blah, blah, blah" on the phone all the time!

Norman gave Mom his best "Norman wants to play fetch" look, but she just grabbed her phone and went "blah, blah, blah." Now he's sad Norman.

Norman dropped his leash in front of Dad. Dad just picked it up and kept going "blah, blah, blah." Sad Norman!

Norman went to Boy to get him to wrestle on the floor, but the Boy's phone just beep, beep, beeped. The boy likes video games. Sad Norman!

Norman decided to hide those phones! He hid some in the trash! They found them.

"NORMAN!" they yelled.

He slid some in the toy box.
