Chapter 1: Health Triangle
A health triangle is also known as the wellness triangle. There are three discrete parts to physical, mental, and social health. Having these sections equally balanced is the key to having a healthy life. If one side of the
triangle is given more attention
than the other sides then there is
an imbalance.

Physical health is the ability of the body to function. How much energy you have when performing daily tasks. Getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and exercising regularly are key components in keeping physical health. As well as eating a nutritious diet, practicing good hygiene, and resisting harmful substances.
5
Mental and emotional health is your ability to process information. It is how a person thinks and feels and how well they act in certain situations. A person with good mental and emotional health enjoys learning new information and learns from their mistakes by taking responsibility for their actions.
6
Social health is how you get along with others. This includes family and peer relationships and public relations as well. A person with good social health communicates well with others and shows respect for themselves and others. They also work well with others and retain relationships.
7
Chapter 2: Social Media
Social media is used by millions of people around the world. The internet captivates our society. Usually social media is to keep in touch with others that you don't normally see all the time. On some level, the basic purpose of being on social media is because it is a distraction and boredom relief. By being online all the time, it can lead to worsen vision.
By posting on social media we compare ourselves with others having us think less of our own lives.
8
Especially if you're having a execrable day and you scroll through your news feed. The people on your news feed having an astonishing day will negatively affect your mood and behavior.
Social media can lead to the fear of missing out. This is a phenomenon that can occur when you feel pressured to do what everyone else is doing. When using certain applications or medias, people will be insecure about how they can't do what others achieve.
9
10
Although social media can be negative and can lead to cyber bullying, it can also be positive. Using different social medias can help with socialization. Shy adolescents can gain social skills by using different online applications. These shy individuals feel safer behind a computer screen or phone because they aren't face-to-face with whom ever they are talking to. Usually teenagers will express more feeling and emotion towards others online.
11
Chapter 3: Body Image
Body image is the way you invision yourself. Body image dissatisfaction is a problem among many everywhere. Struggling with your body image is common among us all, no matter who you are. Causes of a negative body image is being exposed to media images online and attitudes of your family and peers.
12
Severe negative body image can lead to serious unhealthy eating and weight-control behaviors. By having long-lasting negativity, this can affect your mental and physical health. This can cause anxiety, depression, trouble concentrating, and cut themselves off from being with other people socially.
13
Having a positive body image means that you feel comfortable in your body and you like the way you appear. Your appearance may not correspond with what other people's epitome may be. It doesn't matter what you look like on the outside because what counts is on the inside. These positive people know that that may not look like the images online, but they accept and like the differences between them.
14
15
Chapter 4: Self Esteem
Self Esteem is shaped by your thoughts, the pride you feel in yourself, relationships, and experiences with others. Those that are close to you are important to your self esteem. Many notions you have about yourself display messages you have received by others. However, your own thoughts have the biggest influence on your self esteem.
16
You can develop a veracious view of yourself by focusing on your weaknesses. When you value yourself and have good self esteem, you generally have good relationships with others. When your self esteem is healthy you see daily events realistically. By taking responsibility for your behavior and actions, you will change your line of values. With healthy self esteem, people are more resilient and better able to handle stress and complications.
17
18
Self esteem changes over time depending on the situation. It is common to feel great and horrible about yourself at times. Feeling superior to others around you is a sign of insecurity and low self esteem. If you have low self esteem you believe that others are capable or bigger and better things, being successful. You might fear failure, which can hold you back from thriving. You may even have problems accepting positive responses.
19
Chapter 5: Mental Disorders
A mental illness is a condition that affects one's thinking, mood, and feelings. Depending on genetics, environment and lifestyle, influence whether someone develops a mental health condition. As well as a traumatic life event that has affected you, like being the victim of a crime. There is a possible recovery, especially when one starts treatment early and you want to convalesce.
20
In addition to a person experiencing a mental illness, family and friends are also affected. The normal personality and behavior changes of children, may mask symptoms of a mental health condition. Early engagement and support are very important in improving outcomes and increasing the promise of recovery.
21
ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. This is a developmental disorder where there are serious problems with attention, hyperactivity or acting impulsively.
Everyone experiences anxiety sometimes and can become overwhelming. However, when anxiety repeatedly impacts a person's life, it may be an anxiety disorder.
