Mental/emotional health is a person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being.

How You Feel About Yourself
How you feel about yourself can include self-esteem and body image. Self-esteem reflects a person's overall emotional view of his or her own worth. It is a judgment of yourself as well as an attitude toward you. Your body image is your own mental picture of yourself, and your feelings toward that body image usually are the same as your self-esteem.

How Well You do Daily Tasks
How well you are able to do daily task and if you do those things good, you'll feel good about how you are as a person. If you are good at your job or you are one of the best players on a football team, then you'll feel confident in yourself.

This simply means how easy it is for you to learn new information and hold onto it without forgetting it. This could include going to school, doing puzzles, or reading a book.

A few ways to achieve good mental health is to read a part of a book every day, do word puzzles or jigsaw puzzles, continually seek new information, meditate, dress nicely, do something that interests you for a job, and practice dealing with anger without getting overwhelmed.

People with good mental health like to learn new things, enjoy challenges, and see mistakes as an opportunity to grow and adjust. They can express their feelings appropriately, can deal with anger and frustration without lashing out, and can avoid dwelling on negative thoughts and instead focus on the positives. These people are usually optimistic and happy with their life.

Physical health is related to the actual physical body of the human. Examples are hygiene and fitness.

Important parts include being able to deal appropriately with stress and anger on a daily basis, being able to resist diseases and injuries, as well as being able to have the energy to perform all of the daily tasks as needed.

Being able to deal with stress and anger has proven hard for many. Everyone has their own way to deal with it that is unique to the individual. Some examples are stress balls, yoga and meditation, using a punching bag, yelling into your pillow, and listening to music.

Having the energy to complete daily tasks is essential to life. If you can't do your daily tasks or fully participate in your job, school, or sport, you most likely won't be stay there for long before you're fired or kicked out.

Resisting Diseases and Injuries
Resisting diseases and injuries are crucial in staying healthy and able to do daily activities. If you are sick and don't feel good, you won't be able to excel at your job, school, or during sports. If you have an injury then you may need some form of assistance to get you through your daily tasks, and you may also be unable to perform some as a result.

What being Physically Healthy Involves
Being physically healthy involves getting a full eight hours of sleep each night, eating nutritious meals, drinking enough water each day, getting good exercise regularly, and being active as much as you can. Many people don't know that physical health can also include hygiene as well. You need to brush your teeth twice a day, go to dentist for checkups every six months, and take showers each day.

Social health involves your ability to form satisfying relationships with others. It also relates to your ability to adapt comfortably to different social situations and act appropriately in each instance.

Important parts of social health include how well you can make friends. People with good social health can make friends anywhere, even during competitive competitions. It also includes how well you can keep friends. If you can make friends but not keep them, then there is no point in making them. In order to have good relationships with others, the relationships have to last to truly know each other.

Forming good relationships is key in social health. If you are able to form good relationships with people then they will trust you, you will become socially accepted and considered popular to many.

Ability to Adapt to Different Social Situations Comfortably
How well you are able to adapt in social situations can help with making relationships. There are always situations that will be out of your comfort zone, but how well you adjust your social behavior so you can still effectively communicate to others is a hard but necessary skill to have.
