Muscular system

Organs involved with the muscular system
Cardiac muscle- The heart is a muscle and is known as the cardiac muscle. The heart is only one the muscles found in the human body and is one of the strongest. The heart is made up exclusively of cardiac tissues
Muscle tissue- Muscle tissue may be smooth and are the tissues that line blood vessels and organs such as the stomach and intestines. Smooth muscle tissue function and mobility is usually involuntary, which means a person has no control over it.
Skeletal muscles- Muscle tissue can be skeletal, which helps hold the skeletal frame together, provide strength and mobility and enables humans to walk upright.

Functions of the muscular system.
The muscular system is responsible for the movement of the body. There are about 700 muscles that make up half of a person's body weight. Each of these muscles is an organ constructed of skeletal muscle tissue, blood vessels, tendons, and nerves.
How to keep your muscular system healthy
To keep your muscular system healthy you should eat a balanced diet Carbohydrates from fruit, vegetables and whole-grain foods provide energy for your muscles. Next, you should stay hydrated, it keeps your muscles functioning normally. Also, you should warm up and stretch. Exercises before strenuous physical activity can reduce the likelihood of muscle injury.
Diseases
Compartment Syndromes- Compartment syndrome is a condition in which increased pressure within a limited space compromises the circulation and function of the tissue within that space
Tendonitis-Tendonitis is the inflammation or irritation of a tendon. This can occur in any of the body’s tendons although it's most common around the shoulders, elbows, wrists, and heels.
Work with other systems
The main interaction between the muscular system and the respiratory system is the diaphragm. It is the movement of the diaphragm that causes the lungs to inflate and deflate
Circulatory system

organs involved
Heart- It consists of four hollow chambers –. All four chambers work quite like pumps and push blood throughout your body.
Blood Vessels- Your blood vessels allow blood to flow quickly from one region to another and then allow it to come back to your heart.
Blood- Your heart pumps blood throughout your body and travels through thousands of miles, because it has to move through the blood vessels within your body.
Lungs- Your lungs provide oxygen for your body. The lungs send oxygen blood to the left side of your heart and your heart then uses blood vessels and arteries to transfer it to the rest of your body.
Functions
The circulatory system is combination of organs that is responsible for the flow of blood, nutrients, hormones, oxygen and other gases to and from cells. Without the circulatory system, the body would not be able to fight disease or maintain a stable internal environment.
How to keep your cardio system healthy.
To keep a healthy circulatory system you should Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday. Physical activity can help manage your weight and reduce your risk of developing other heart conditions. Next, you should quit smoking because it increases your risk of any type of heart disease.
diseases
Diseases
Anemia -condition in which the red blood cells are reduced of their oxygen carrying pigment
Coronary Artery- It’s hardening of the arteries that give the heart vital oxygen and nutrients.
Hypertension- high blood pressure
Work with other systems
Marrow inside of bones of the skeletal system produces red and white blood cells. These blood cells are parts of the blood stream and are responsible for carrying oxygen and fighting off disease.
Nervous system

Organs Involved
Neurons- These are nerve cells. A neuron is a cell that processes and transmits information by electrical and chemical signaling
Brain- the brain is made up of three major parts: the cerebrum which controls thinking and memory. The brain contains about 100 billion neurons.
Spinal Cord- The major large set of nerves running down the spine and protected by the spinal column or vertebrae.
Functions
The nervous system is divided into three main parts. First, the nervous system collects sensory input from the body. Second, the nervous system then processes and interprets the sensory input. And finally, the third main function of the nervous system is to respond appropriately to the sensory input.
How to keep the nervous system healthy
You can maintain a healthy nervous system through diet, exercise and rest. Eating a proper diet keeps the body full of glucose, which is what neurons use for energy.
Diseases
Multiple Sclerosis- disease that manifests as multiple hard plaques of degeneration of the insulating layer of nerve fibers in the central nervous system.
Epilepsy- Epilepsy is a specific condition which may occur at any age and recur with some frequency
How the nervous system works with other systems.
The autonomic nervous system controls the tone of the digestive tract in the digestive system, also the brain controls drinking and feeding behavior. Next, the brain controls muscles for eating and elimination. The digestive system sends sensory information to the brain
Skeletal system

Organs
Bones- The most important organ of the skeletal system is the bones. Human skeleton is made up of 206 bones that provide support and protection to the viscera with the help of muscles attached to them
Ligaments and Joints- Another important component, i.e. the ligaments are made of fibrous collagen tissue that attaches one bone to another bone.
Tendons- Tendons are important skeletal system organs which join the muscles to the bones
