Activity 1- Choose My Plate

Instructions:
1) Each student gets their own plate and activity sheet.
2) Begin with question number 1, which is healthier, Milk or Soda?
3) Once they chose the healthier choice have them cut it out.
4) Glue the picture onto the plate.
5) Continue this process up to number 6.
Supplies:
-Scissors
-Elmer glue stick
-Paper plate
-Activity sheet

Activity 2- Guess The Category

Instructions:
1) Hand out to each student a picture of a food.
2) One by one have the students say their food and decide which food group it belongs to.
3) Once they choose the correct food group, have them place the food picture under the category.
Supplies:
-Pictures of different foods

Yay Nay
Activity 3- "Yay or Nay"
















Supplies:
-Scissors
-Elmer glue stick
-Picture page
-"Yay" or "Nay" chart
Instructions:
1) Hand out to each student the picture page and the "yay" or "nay" chart.
2) Go through the picture page and all the healthy foods place them under the "Yay" column and place all the unhealthy foods under the "Nay" column.


Activity 4- Exercise Box



Instructions:
1)Each student gets a exercise box template
2)Cut the outside border of the box
3)Fold box template into cube and tape it
To Play:
-Roll the box like a dice.
-Everyone performs the side that is facing up
