Once upon a time there were two poor people named William & Mary. It was Christmas Eve and a big blizzard destroyed the house. They did not have enough money to fix the house to stay warm for Christmas.

Mary and William had a friend John who was very rich. He had a big Mansion.

Mary and William went to see John but the guard at the gate stopped them. The guard screamed, "Where's your money!" You must pay money to come into this house.

The guard asked John, do you know these two people?

They say that that have no money for you.

John said "Yes, they are my friends please let them in, they are OK"

John used to be poor but started a business as an artist and made paintings.

He wanted to help his friends by giving them ideas on how they can make money too.

John said, "My friends I want to help you start a business selling candy"

Mary and William thought it would be a great idea.

They said..."Thank you John! That is a great idea!"

John bought all of the supplies to help his friends but John bought candy machines that were not very good quality.
