On a rainy day in Dallas, Texas, lighting struck in the Trinity River watershed. Then something extraordinary happened in the watershed.

A boy began to form. This boy would soon be known has Captain Water Shed! Though while he was being made.. darkness lurked when lightning struck oil from a car crash Professor Pollution was made.

They both decided to teach on how students can keep each of their kinds safe. Though what one said would hurt another. Water Shed and Pollution haven't met but they were teaching at the same school, Prince of Peace Catholic School. Water Shed taught students to not litter so they do not hurt the aquifer, underground layer which water can be extracted from through wells and groundwater, under ground water system for most of the water used by humans. .

On the other hand Professor Pollution was teaching children how to litter and that its good for the environment. Captain also taught them about water sheds and how natural filtration is so cool in its filtering the water without even being touched by man. Soon they figure out that the two were teaching different things that hurt them. They get into a  fight and Pollution shows him the gun that hurts water.

Captain Water Shed realized that he had nothing though, so he had to retreat. With Captain Water Shed gone Professor Pollution wrecked havoc on Plano's water systems. Captain knew that it would hurt the water but he knew that Plano also hurts so Pollution just adds to it.

Also Water Shed knew that natural filtration would happen but then realized the some rocks could be exposed to permeability and would get into the water. Though Water Shed had to prepare for more battles with Professor Pollution he also had to keep his job at POP.

Captain knew if he didn't do something about Professor teaching the kids it's good to do bad things like littering then they would follow him. So, Water Shed knew he had to pull out his best card. He was going to teach them about the awful affects of if they listened to Professor.

Captain knew he would have to teach what human activities would do to affect the water quality in the watershed. On Monday, his first day back he taught them all about the subject. He talked about how littering can get into the water supply and make it gross. He also told them about car pollution and other stuff. He also told how these activities can make the water not safe to drink or use from all the pollution. The thing that really sold it all was showing them a bottle of polluted water. This made most of them sick and they all promised to do their part.

As you may not be surprised, Professor was furious about this. He knew that Captain had just ruined his chances at getting the kids to help him.This caused him to quit his job and prepare for their next meeting. He wanted to work on a new project which would allow him to to cause the surface runoff be polluted instantly when it went near the Trinity River Water Shed due to rays he would place on nearby buildings.

This plan ended up working even better than Captain had thought. The kids were so scared of their water being bad that they were even picking up trash on the ground. He was happy, he had just formed some normal kids into custodians of Earth. His work at this school was done. He would now try to find another to teach about the dangers of pollution.
