This is the White House. Here is where the president lives and works. This is part of the executive branch.

Let's go in and have a look!

Here is the president's office. It is called the Oval Office. This is where the president makes all of his important decisions and signs bills into law.

The president has a very important job. He has to sign bills into law and protect the country and everyone in it.

Now we're off to Capitol Hill where all of our senators and representatives make decisions and decide on bills. This is part of the legislative branch.

This is the Capitol Building. This is where our senators and representatives create bills so that hopefully one day they will become a law.

Here I am on one side of the capitol building called the House of Representatives. This is where bills are voted on before they go to the Senate.

This is the other side of the capitol building, the Senate. This is where the bills are voted on when they come from the House of Representatives.
