"There is hope in dreams, imagination, and in the courage of those who wish to make those dreams a reality."
Jonas Salk

Today my Mom and I were going to the zoo. But it's not just any ordinary zoo. This was a special, magical zoo where we would see creatures that exceeded our wildest imaginations.
THE MAGICAL ZOO

When we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman. He would serve as our guide as we explored the many wonders that The Magical Zoo had to offer.

"Just a little bit further" said the guide as we walked through the most beautiful forest. "You are mere moments away from seeing some of the most fantastical characters we've collected from across the universe!"

I could barely contain my excitement. I was about to see some of the most magnificent creatures that have only existed in my dreams.

My heart and mind began to race as we entered The Magical Zoo. Oh I bet this place will filled with bright colours, flowers, and..... Why were those delicate, delightful fairies stuck behind cold, steel bars?

No! No! No! This was all wrong. Those poor gnomes shouldn't be in locked up in a cage. They should be free to roam, to play, and to get into all kinds of mischief.

"I think there's something wrong here" I said to one of the Zookeepers. "Where are the rainbows, butterflies, and gumdrops?" "This is just a job kid. I think you spend too much time daydreaming about such silly things."

I had seen enough and wanted to go home. "What's the matter Remy? I thought you would love this place." "I don't. The Magical Zoo is supposed to be about joy and wonder. But none of the creatures here look very happy."

"Psst, over here." It was a penguin dressed like a wizard. "Who me?" I replied. "You're the only one who appreciates the wondrous creatures of The Magical Zoo. If you let me out of my cage I'll grant you one wish." "I'll do it!" "Shhh, keep it down." "Sorry" I whispered.
