Everything living is made up with carbon. Carbon is made when carbon and oxygen come together.

To form a carbon cycle is formed by many different factors.

Step1. Carbon comes into the atmosphere and carbon dioxide from respirataion and combusion

Step 2. The carbon dioxide is absorbed and make carbohydrates in photosynthesis.

Step 3. Animals feed on plants passing the carbon compounds along the food chain.

Photosynthesis is when animals make sugar from the sunlight which forms the water and carbon dioxide.

Us humans play a huge role in affecting the carbon cycle.

A few examples are, burning of fossil fuels, carbon sequestration which is when plants remove carbon dioxide from the air and store it, and deforestion or permanent removal of tress.
