It was a great day to be at Scout Elementary! It was the day to elect the class Student Council member!

Sally, Susie, Mark, James, Lily, Blake, Cole ,Ben, Samantha, Peter, and Thomas where ready to compete for there spot in student council. They had to explain to there classmates why they should be student council.

The teacher Mrs.Violet told the class to sit down and get ready to listen to their classmates. Susie was up first to tell the class why she should be in student council.

"I should be elected a member of student council because I love contributing to Scout Elementary and I believe that we should have a 2 hour assembly about what I.. WE .. Can do to help!"

Sally got up and explained why she wanted to be a member of the student council and how her classmates would benefit.

Yuck! I do not like the sound of that!

2 Hours!!!!! That is really wrong. Plus we will only be at Scout Elementary for 1 more year. What's the point.

Okay. Guys I think that we should have more time outside in recess. My mommy said that playing outside makes you healthy so then you can eat whatever you want! So lets have more recess and even more food!
