Influenza highly contagious viral infection of the respiratory passages causing fever, severe aching, and booger build up. The main disease influenza causes is the flu which can make you feel really contagious and can make you feel really icky.

What even is influenza?

Influenza is mainly spread through peoples who are infected sneezing or coughing near or around others and through physical contact like kissing or hugging. (soooo grows). Influenza causes symptoms like, chills, muscle aches, cough, congestion, runny nose, headaches, and tiredness (that doesn’t sound too fun).

How is influenza spread and what are it's symptoms?

To lower your chances of getting influenza you can get a flu shot or a mist but once you get it you should rest and drink a lot of fluids, so the body can fight it off on its own. That is about everything you need to know about me and I hope you don't get influenza!
