Two friends, Will and Elle, like to do everything together.

At Elle's house one day, they decide they want to bake some cookies.

Elle's mom, a professional chef, decides to help them out.

"You need to practice safety and sanitation. Before you do anything, make sure your hair is out of the way. It keeps it from getting in the food"

"Make sure that you are wearing closed-toed shoes, and go put on an apron, to protect yourself and your clothes."

"Now, go over to the sink and wash your hands with hot, soapy water for 20 seconds to get rid of germs. Make sure you stand on a sturdy stool to reach the sink, so you don't get hurt."

After washing their hands, the kids are now ready to start baking.

"Before you can start baking, fill the sink with hot soapy water so that you can use it to wash the dishes. If you need to reuse something, you'll want all the bacteria off of it."
