Five hundred thirty million people watched Neil Armstrong and heard him say these famous words, "one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind" on July 20, 1969.
After the second burn of the S-IVB the Apollo 11 had made it into a Translunar Orbit. The first color T.V. transmission of the Apollo 11 happened during the Translunar Coast.
