I want to dedicate this book to the kids around the world, to let them learn about the elements of a contracts.

well today I think were going to start off with the first element of a contract and that is OFFER!!
Offer is making a promise to someone " I will pay $5.00 for the bag of candy". That is OFFER!!

The second element of a contract is acceptance. Acceptance is once and final when an offer is accepted. It can only be accepted by the offeree. "I will accept this gum you gave me.

The third element of a contract is genuine agreement and that is to enter into a contract that is evidenced by words or conduct between the parties. If someone has not been genuine then the contract can be void.
The fourth element of a contract is CONSIDERATION!!. That Is something of value given in exchange for something else of value, usually in the context of a contract. Someone backing into your car they are liable to pay but if the person doesn't have the money both of you can have and agreement
The fifth element of a contract is CAPACITY!!. It means the legal competence of a person to enter into a valid contract.

Finally the last element of a contract is legality. Contract that is consistent with the law or state of being lawful or unlawful in a given jurisdiction.
