is for Vitamin A
Vitamin A helps form and maintain healthy teeth, bones, and skin. A deficiency in vitamin A, can increase in night blindness and can leave to overall blindness. To much Vitamin A can cause dizziness, nausea, bone and joint pain. RDA for women is 700 microorganism, RDA for men 900 microorganism.




is for Biotin
is an essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins, and the production of hormones and cholesterol.
Biotin Deficiency includes dermatitis,- thinning of the hair, itching, red skin, brittle nails. Hyperesthesia and paresthesia keratoconjunctivitis, anorexia and anemia.
RDA is 300/microorganism/day 30 to 100 mcg daily.




is for Calcium

Calcium main function is to helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, blood clotting, muscle contractions, and nerve contracting. A healthy level of calcium can prevent Osteoporosis, Osteopenia. To much calcium can lead to kidney stones, and constipation. RDA states men and women should have anywhere between 2,000-2500 milligrams.




is for Vitamin D

Is one of the most important vitamins. Vitamin D keeps the right amount of calcium and phosphorus in the blood stream. if you get less vitamin D your bones can become weak and break, prevents falls and osteoporosis, reduce the risk of cancer and diabetes. To much vitamin D can cause nausea and vomiting. RDA requires 800-1000 units daily





is for Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an antioxidant, its also an activator in certain enzymatic reactions.
Deficiency in vitamin E causes increased hemolysis (breakdown)of the red blood loss causing anemia.Too much Vitamin E includes diarrhea, bloating, weakness, blurred vision, fatigue. RDA recommends 15 milligrams daily.




is for Folate

Folate function is creating more red blood cells preventing anemia, preventing haring loss and preserving the brain of infants, Helps tissue grow and cells work, breaks down and creates new protein. Helps produce DNA, Deficiency gray hair, diarrhea, mouth ulcers, peptic ulcer. Excessice folate could cause nerve loss. RDA No less than 300 no more than 600 depending on age group and pregnant women.



is for Gamma Carotene (Beta Carotene)

Beta Carotene is red/orange pigment found in many fresh fruit and vegetables. Beta carotene is a carotenoid and an antioxidant. Beta carotene converts to Vitamin A. Vitamin A allows healthy skin and mucus membrane. There is no RDA for Beta carotene, studies have used dosages ranging from 15-180 milligrams daily




is for Histidine

Histidine allows growth and tissue repair. Histidine protects and maintenance nerve cells and is metabolized to the neurotransmitter. Histidine also is involved with immunity, sexual functions, Histidine deficiency cause arthritis, nerve deafness, rheumatoid arthritis, wound healing. Excessive intake of Histidine can cause stress, anxiety, RDA is 14 for Histidine.


is for Iron

Iron transfer oxygen from the lungs to tissue. Iron helps the metabolism as a component of some protein and enzymes. The body regulates iron levels by adjusting the rate of iron absorptions from the digestive tract. A lack of iron can cause your red blood cells to drop, pale skin, fatigue, shortness of breath, Anemia. To much iron can cause damage to your liver, kidney, brain diabetes, heart failure. The RDA for men is 10 milligrams and 15 milligrams for women.

RDA doesn't recommend pregnant women, children.

is for Vitamin K

Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin which causes your body fat to store in fat tissue and liver. It also helps your body properly clot, protecting us from severe blood loss. A deficiency in Vitamin K is very rare since are body produces it, if you have celiac disease, biliary disease, gall bladder disease, can cause an increase in deficient causing dangerously blood loss. RDA for adult males 80mg per day, 65mg per day for women



is for L- ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)

L- ascorbic acid allows growth and repair of worn out and damage tissue over the body. L ascorbic acid heals internal and external wounds and forms scar tissue. L- ascorbic acid repairs and maintenance bones teeth and cartilage. A deficiency in Vitamin C causes spongy gums and loss of teeth, brown spots on skin, high blood pressure.
RDA states men need 90 milligrams daily and women need 75 milligrams daily.
