Louis was born in Versailles on the twenty third of August in 1754. He then married Marie Antoinette in 1770, who was the daughter of an emperor and empress of Austria. In later life of 1774, Louis passes his grand father and he himself became King of France.

The Consitution was wrote by the National assembly. The Costitution established an independent, elected judges, to replace the Parlements and other courts of the French political and social system also know as the Old Regime.

The constitution was passed to the King, Kngs Louis XVI, he could have easily have said no since he has complete veto power. If the king would have vetoed it then the power to make laws (legislative) could be blocked for a maximum of four years.

The Constitution was adopted and gave France a direct code of law, made marriage a choice contract not a religion contract, and promised free public education.
